AKSubmission: Don't create slots for wishes

• Hide duration form in wish creation form
• Don't create a default slot
• Disable slot creation buttons in detail view
• Maybe even remove slot and availability tables and calendar views completely on wish detail pages
• automatically create one slot with the default length if wish is claimed
