UX: Introduce Wizard Workflow to create new event

• Multi-Step workflow (starting with name + timezone to resolve timezone issues)
• Allow to create batch of categories (textfield)
• Allow to create batch of rooms (textfield)
• Maybe move the later two things to own functions and just link them
