App finds no bluetooth devices after disconnect

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect OBS
2. Poweroff OBS
3. App recognizes disconnect, ends track and scans for devices

But even if OBS is powered back on, no devices can be found in this step. List of BT devices stays empty.
