Read the battery status from the OBS

It looks like the OBS broadcasts the battery level via BLE, we could read this value to save it with the recording and to show it on screen

• Subscribe to Battery Characteristic
• Receive the BatteryLevel
• Add a text for the BatteryLevel in the Measurements Widget
