Remove fullcalendar v4 from vendor directory (AKPlan)
Add fullcalendar v5 to vendor directory (AKPlan)
Adapt plan views to breaking changes (renamed properties and callbacks)
Fullcalendar 3 dependency for availability selection widgets stays untouched
