Meta: Re-evaluate usage of tags

Currently, tags are entered and used only sparsely and inconsistently by the users, and are usually not leveraged for scheduling. Do we still need them at all? Should we move e.g., to a closed tag set? Or do we want to remove potential bugs, but keep them as they are?

After discussion, we decided to completely drop tags. This will be implemented with #164 (closed).
