Implement additional constraint validation checks

• Implement constraint violation check for room sizes for changed AKSlot
• Implement room capacity constraint checks for changed AKs and rooms
• Make sure corresponding CVs are deleted if reso_deadline is nulled

Additionally show semantic meaning for unlimited room capacity in help text
