AK Slides

This introduces slide generation for AKs of an event (#66 (closed)).

Features:

• Introduce latex export
• Slides of AKs grouped by their category
• Exclude wishes and display as own category
• Show next two AKs in footer for presenter preparation
• Allow to choose whether all AKs or only the ones with presentation flag should be shown

Core features are implemented. Open (nice to have) features are:

• Improve design (especially next AK placement and header font size)
• Allow choosing mode (all or only presentation AKs) and number of next AKs using a form
• Add further fields or params (e.g., allow to choose/use accent color for the current event)
• Show progress bar on every slide
